Stepper Motor :
The stepping motor is an electromagnetic device which converts digital puleses into discrete mechanical rotational movements. In rotary step motor , the output shaft of motor rotates in equal increments, in response to a train of input pulses.

AC Synchronous motor :
Manufacturing Range : 2kg.cm to 75 kg.cm
Standard “ Sri-Syn” Synchronous Motors are permanent magenet. A. C. Single phase Motors having Instantaneous starting, stopping and reverseing characeristics. These have low speed of 60 R.P.M. At 50Hz supply.
Three leads types , require only a single pole, three position switch “ forwad “, “ rverse” and “ off ” controls. Starting and running currents are same, so there is no excessive rise in current when motors are energised. Motors can be completely stalled without over heating. Starting and stopping is accomplished in less than 5 Deg. of shaft rotation, eliminating the need for any breaks.
Torque is directly proportional to R.M.S. Voltage and R.P.M. Is directly proportional to supply frequency.

Power drives & Controllers :
Power Drive are for driving Stepper Motors.
Srijan Control Drives Pvt. Ltd. has developed three low cost drive card for driving stepper motors up to 75kgcm. The new drives is compact in size and delivering enhanced performance

• SCD302 U – Range : 2kg cm to 14 kg.cm
• SCD503 U – Range : 14 kg.cm to 40 kg.cm
• SCD707 U – Range : 40 kg.cm to 75 kg.cm

Controller are for controlling the System :
• SMC411 – Used in Platic bag making or pouch making sytem
• PMC411 -Used in Milling or Grinding Operation
• BB701 – Used in Low cost stepper Control System
